This 12 week package is designed to give you some structure, direction and guidance into kick starting your goals.

This is not a 'Transformation' program involving strict meal plans, training every day and giving up your social life for temporary results that you will lose as soon as you get back to a sustainable routine.

We will work together to help you kickstart or click back into a lifestyle balance that makes you feel great from the inside out.


First of all you can choose to have a video, phone or email consultation. We'll discuss your goals and lifestyle and come up with an achievable plan to get you where you want to be.

From the consultation we will be put together a personal nutrition report and plan to get you to your goals. This is not just a meal plan full of foods you don't like. It will give you total flexibility and at the same time educate you around making healthy nutritional choices for your individual body that you will be able to use for the rest of your life. All dietary requirements can be catered for.

We will also put together a training plan that works around your life. You'll have complete unlimited access to all the live and on demand classes for the entire 12 weeks.

You'll have a weekly email check in to help keep you accountable. These will be personal to you and your goals and the format decided upon during your consultation. They will likely include you sending an update in about your progress, whether you've stuck to your training plans and any problems you may have been having, that way we can tweak your programme at any point to cope with life's curveballs.
