Description: Hitting your legs from every angle imaginable. this is a cardio strength class using bodyweight to work in sets and repetitions.
Reasons we hate it: Legs, legs, legs. It is the biggest muscle group in your body, so if we are hitting full range this session should obviously be tough. They say never skip leg day because... well... a lot of people skip leg day....
Reasons we love it: You can't spell Legendary without Leg day.... Tighter, leaner, stronger and more powerful.
How often should I do it? We are all different. If you love it and cannot get enough, do what works for you. Depending on your personal goals and training splits, hitting legs 2 to 3 times a week is great. If your starting out or just getting a couple of sessions in a week create a balance and get them in at least once. Give us a shout if you'd like some advice.
Kit: This is a bodyweight, jump free (flat friendly) small space class.
Mat, towel and water bottle. If you have a glute band, bring it along as there will often be options to add it in.
Level: Suitable for all abilities.
Lots of exercise variations given so that it will work for all abilities. If you have any injuries give us a shout beforehand and we can give you exercise options.
