About the Event
During this workshop we will be using workbooks and mindfulness exercises to delve into what makes us truly happy and what we would like to see our future hold. We will use this information to start forming our goals and intentions for the year ahead and then use some more short exercises to determine the steps we need to take to achieve them and what our priorities need to be over the upcoming months.
Throughout the session we will also be using meditation, gentle chakra clearing yoga poses, and crystal programming.
You will receive a gift pack, all workshop materials, and set up instructions in the post before the event.
All information is private, and you will not be asked to share it with the group (unless you would like to!) Session will be interactive so plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
