Description: Hiit circuits delivers exactly what it says on the tin. It is hot, sweaty, and certainly intense. It will push your fitness, stamina and cardio health. Step up to the plate, it's time to level up.
Reasons we hate it: As we said it is hot, sweaty and certainly intense. The first sessions are really tough and will show you your limits. Don’t judge yourself by anyone else’s standard, use this as your benchmark to work from.
Reasons we love it: Keep it consistent and you will quickly see your fitness improve. You'll feel fitter, faster, stronger and in control. It's you versus you, and we start the day feeling invincible, if we can handle this, we can handle anything.
How often should I do it? We are all different. If you love it and can't get enough, do what works for you. For those of you starting out, start small with once a week and add in from there. In a technical world 2-3 times a week.
Kit: This is a bodyweight, jump free (flat friendly) small space class.
Mat, towel and water bottle.
Level: Suitable for all abilities.
Lots of exercise variations given so that it will work for all abilities. If you are just starting out, work with 1 to 2 rounds first (feel free to sign out when you are done) and start adding in from there.
