Description: All the important bits! Bringing fire, oh so much fire, to your Glutes, Abs and arms. Targeted bodyweight training that will move from area to area taking it’s burn with it. Whilst you will be in no doubt about whether you have worked all 3 areas, this is a totally low impact cardio strength class.
Reasons we hate it: Everything. Hurts. Why is lifting my own leg so hard????
Reasons we love it: There is now shadow of a doubt in your mind that you have just hit your key areas, and by moving area to area it’s enough distraction to know you’ll be moving on soon. The best bit, you will notice the progression and feel the difference, keep it consistent and you will see the difference too.
How often should I do it? Again, it will depend on your goals. It is a combo class (legs and upper) so if you are getting just a couple of sessions in a week this will hit all the right notes. You can certainly get 2 sessions in a week if you want.
Kit: This is a bodyweight, jump free (flat friendly) small space class.
Mat, towel and water bottle. If you have a glute band, bring it along as there will often be options to add it in.
Level: Suitable for all abilities.
Lots of exercise variations given so that it will work for all abilities. If you have any injuries give us a shout beforehand and we can give you exercise options.
